Stanley

Stanley, the islands' small capital, sits just a short drive or boat ride from some of the Falklands' most extraordinary wildlife. This is the gateway to penguin rookeries, seal colonies, and windswept cliffs where seabirds nest in the thousands. Even in the harbor, dolphins and sea lions appear, and seabirds hang out in the kelp. A place dictated so heavily by weather, one can expect to see four seasons in a day in Stanley.
