how it works
our process
We find the most promising nature-based solutions and the people behind them — even when they're hard to discover online — then go into the field to live and work alongside them. We document what we find, and we use that work to make their impact more discoverable, so the right funding, resources and support can follow.
meeting teams with real solutions
Our research team works with our partners and our discovery engine to find the most promising nature-based solutions and top innovators around the world — even when they're hard to discover online. We reach out, we connect, and we see if a collaboration is beneficial.
expeditions to shadow in the field
When we find a match, we start putting the wheels in motion on how our team can help. Because we specialize in helping mission-driven teams become discoverable online, we focus on the individuals and groups that need our help most and will truly benefit from being in the field together.
document and share case studies
When we're living in the field with teams on the frontlines of the climate crisis — or wherever they're combatting environmental challenges — we document the experience. We live alongside teams for weeks or months, on expedition and behind the scenes, and get to know the true heart of their work.
attract funding, resources, support
Once we depart a location, we stay in contact for years to come. We use the content we produced onsite — photography, videography, and writing — to create a digital backbone, or to support existing digital efforts that help make their work more discoverable online. We offer deeper consulting and advisory support where applicable.
