From remote rainforests, untouched coral reefs and polar frontiers, our work is where change is already happening. By immersing ourselves in these ecosystems, and the communities that depend on them, we gain firsthand perspective on the urgent shifts needed in order to restore balance between people and our natural world.

We're a team of 10 from all over the world, living in the field and between our home bases in Australia & America.

Andi Cross is a growth strategist, writer and professional scuba diver. She has 15 years experience helping build and launch impact businesses and evolve Fortune 500 enterprises. She currently is leading the expedition team, working alongside global and local partners to make this dream a reality. Becoming a certified divemaster and freediver has inspired her to explore consciously, helping nonprofits, scientists and ocean leaders share their impact stories on main stages. Andi has been recognized in major media outlets for her work in impact consulting, conservation, growth and disruptive strategy. She's a member of The Explorers Club for her work communicating the importance of ocean exploration.

Freediver & Surfer

As a long-time lifesaver and avid surfer from Perth, Western Australia, Adam has been in love with the ocean since his earliest days. His decade-long career as an accountant has enabled him the ability to turn big ideas into reality on behalf of both small- and large-scale operations. He ensures that the expedition team delivers on all partner expectations, while also measuring the impact being made in each location alongside scientists, researchers, conservationists, local leaders, ecotourism operators, and more. Adam is behind the scenes defining what it means to travel consciously, making a 2-year, self funded voyage around the world possible.
